Cacao nibs may be small but they are full of big surprises! 

Nibs refer to the inner fruit of the cacao bean. As it is the rawest edible form of chocolate (i.e. the least processed cacao product), it retains the most antioxidants from the cacao bean and contains no sugar at all.

Great with smoothie bowls, ice cream, yoghurt etc. and a wonderful substitute for chocolate chips, cacao nibs are a superfood that you can enjoy guilt-free.
