Cacao beans are sourced directly from Mr Harish Manoj Kumar’s
12-year old cacao plantation located in the foothills of the Anaimalai
Hills (aka Elephant Mountains), a range of mountains in Southern India.
They were one of the 18 winners of the Cocoa of Excellence
Programme’s International Cocoa Award in 2017.
